Using tents while traveling is a frugal way to go. Think about all the money you will save.
Tents are an easy and frugal way to travel. Plus, it’s lots of fun being out in nature. We set out on a trip from Florida to Texas, then to Arkansas. Then to Georgia and back to Palm Harbor Florida. We used a two-man tent. We were able to setup it up quick and easy. We stayed at state parks for about $15 a night. Comparing that to a motel we save about $85 a night! You have to prepare for different situations when using a tent. I was prepared to deploy a tarp if we had rain, but we got lucky, no rain.
I didn’t pay much for the tent, but it is the best tent I’ve ever used. It can be set up in about 2 minutes. You unfold it and lift the center up and click it into place. Thats all there is to it!
I bought the tent from Amazon. The tent is still available on Amazon, and I think it’s worth the money.
