This is a quick list of things that you can start working on today and save money.

Be a producer and less a consumer. Always recycle and minimize trash!

Stop drinking soda and sparkling water. Start drinking regular water its almost free!
You develop a habit for soda easily and then you get health issues.
Obesity and diabetes have been linked to soda!

Limit your alcohol consumption. It’s very expensive and bad for you.
We use alcohol to disinfect things! If it kills bacteria its kill you!

Use rechargeable batteries when possible. They last longer than regular batteries.

Only air-condition or heat the room you’re in. Central heating and air-conditioning are expensive.
You are paying for the whole building when you’re using one room.
We no longer use our big house system. There is a room air-conditioner in each room.

Try not to buy food that comes in a box or can. If it comes from a factory, you shouldn’t eat it.
Real food doesn’t have labels.

Freeze food you’re not eating quickly. When I get my hands on a bunch
of vegetables I cut them all up and put them into plastic bags and freeze them.

Keep your bread in the refrigerator, it will last a lot longer.

Refrigerate your pills, the cooled will slow down the degradation of the pills.

Walk or ride a bike whenever possible. It helps your whole-body work better and longer.

Don’t cook your food in the same room you’re running the air-conditioner.
We setup a place in our garage to cook. There is a stove and oven outside.
Cooking outside all summer saves us lots of money on the electric bill.

Thrifts store is a great way to save money. You can find all kinds of things cheap.
Also check out yard sales, flea markets, Facebook/Marketplace, Craigslist.

Don’t buy the newest Smart Phone. You pay too much, and you probably don’t use all
the features in your current phone.

Buy bulk food when possible. If it’s too much for you get others to pay for a share.
Everyone saves when you use team work to save money. It’s like a co-op.

Downsize all the time. Less is best and also easier on you.

Share tools with your neighbors and friends rather than going to Harbor Freight.

Use your skills to help someone.

Go Camping with your family and save lots of money, not paying for hotel rooms.

No Restaurants! the prices at restaurants in now insane. You can cook better food for
less money at home. McDonalds will kill your wallet.

Grow some vegetables in your yard. Use big pots if that’s easier. You’ll learn to grow
plants that can lower your grocery bill.

Have a game night with family and friends. It is a lot cheaper than going out to a bar or club.

Share potluck Saturday with family and friends. You’ll get to taste some great food and share
the fun. We often have pizza nights. My friends like to fish we often enjoy fish picnics at the water.

Buy a fishing pole and go fishing. You could catch dinner.

Forest Foraging, there is lots of plants growing in the forest that you can eat.
YouTube has videos of people who can teach you how to forage.

Don’t use incandescent light bulbs. Only use LED lights.

Stop watching cable TV. Use other resources they are cheaper.
We use YouTube that we pay, but T-Mobile, Walmart and Amazon
Offer free deals with many internet companies.

Rip paper towels in half. You usually don’t need a whole paper towel.

Stop overeating. Most people eat too much food. That’s why most of
us are getting heavier. More food more money.
