Thrift Stores
About Thrift Stores, they are all different. Some are just discount stores for profit.
Some stores support a good cause like veterans, womans shelter and animal rescues.
When you donate or shop in these thrift stores you should be thinking
about where’s the money is going? We try to shop in thrift stores that support a cause
that we also want to support! We almost never shop in Goodwill.
How much goodwill do they have when the CEO’s take 100s of millions for them self!

Even if you just grow one plant in a container it will
be a rewarding experience, try it.
Small pots can grow spices and larger pots can grow
a tomato or pepper plant. Get started soon because once
you grow your first plant you’ll be hooked.

a new chart not long ago with lower pressure goals for us. They suggest that the
older ideas need to be rethought, and systaltic and diastolic pressures should be lower.
The chart for blood pressures now:

Usually, BP goes up as we age. Researchers are saying that’s not the way it should be.
We all need to work at keeping our BP lower to live healthier and longer.
