Produce Vegetables

Farm vegetables
They are tasty and healthier than anything
that is made in a factory. When shopping for groceries
try to stay near the inside walls of the building. That’s where
most of the good groceries are. Produce, meats, cheese and
dairy products are always on the sides of the store.

Factory food
These items are usually found on the inside aisles. You can’t always stay out of
those aisles, but we should try to minimize our time there.
I do purchase some canned good but most boxed products
are avoided. Chips and candy are seldom purchased.
Chips are delicious but what is a chip? It’s a thinly sliced piece
of potato that is fried in bad oil and covered with salt.
It tastes great but it’s bad for your health.
