Dos and Don’t of Frugal Way Living

Do This to Save Money and be healthier Don’t do this to save money and be healthier
   
Do: Shop thrift stores, church thrift stores, and Walmart Don’t Waste time in Goodwill thrift stores, it’s retail!
Do: Walk and ride a bike. Every day you need to do this. Don’t sit in a chair and watch TV. You need to move.
Do: Eat a smaller portion of everything. Less is best. Don’t take the largest bowl or plate for your food.
Do: Cook outside to lower electric bills when using AC Don’t Cook inside with the AC on!
Do: Use an AC window unit to cool the ROOM you’re in! Don’t Use central AC to cool a whole house, you’re only in 1 room!
Do: Drink water or only put Lemons or limes in the water. Don’t drink soda! Not even diet soda. It’s just a bad habit to start.
Do: Buy only in the produce section of the store. Veggies don’t need labels. Don’t buy stuff that’s in a box or can. If there is a label it probably came from a factory!
Do: Cook at home. You can have lots of fun cooking your own healthy food. Don’t go to restaurants and you’ll save money and be healthier.
Do: Chop your veggies up and freeze them. If they get old you’ll throw them out Don’t Leave bread on the counter. It lasts longer in the refrigerator.
Do: Start good habits, Walking, Helping others etc.. Don’t Start bad habits, Smoking, Sitting, Eating out, etc..
Do: Get an outdoor hobby like Geocaching, Photography etc. Don’t buy new when used will work!
Do: Get a fishing pole and go fishing. You might catch lunch! Don’t look at the SUN!
Do: Freeze your flour and rice that will kill the mites and weevils. Don’t Leave boxes and bags with food in them on the floor.
Do: Join a lodge like the Elks, Moose or Eagles Don’t Traveling with big RVs, smaller is easier to manage.
Do: Use apps for free or cheap camping Don’t Stay at a KOA, it cost less money to stay at a hotel!
