Mobile Homes in Commercial Parks are Bad!

Mobile home

Don’t buy a mobile home that’s on someone else’s land.
In Florida, many parks are being bought by investors
who aim to profit from your rent or take your home.
If you walk away, they get to rent your home to
someone else for more money!
You’ll lose the mobile home someday and you’ll have nothing for it.

You pay for the manufactured home and everything looks great.
The problem is the expenses you can’t control like the land rent
and maintenance. Rent you pay every month with increases every year!
Insurance you pay will also increase every year!
Plus, maintenance will be a constant cost to you.
Eventually it will be very difficult to pay.
Then you will have a chance to lose your home.

Better way is to put your mobile home on your own land.

Another great insight for mobile home parks by Michael Bordenaro.

Listen to Kristina Smallhorn her video is very informative.
