Mini homes could help a lot of people with an easy living alternate
to small mansions. The system is setup for mansions.
Contractors, Brokers, Tax man all want mansions because they all
get more money. Then the people that own mansions don’t want
anyone living in a mini or mobile home near them. So, laws are
passed to make it very hard to downsize a home.
If you could build a small house in America, you would be
able to build it for cash. You wouldn’t need an expensive
contractor. The little home could be built very fast.
You could even buy a cheap small building kit!
I’ve seen some very nice-looking small homes for less than $20K!
Think about how much money you could save not owning a
3000 square foot house! If bad weather ruins your roof.
A few metal roof sheets from Home Depot and your back to good!
You homes burns down! you rebuild for a few thousand dollars.
Insurance! You won’t need it because you can pay for your own repairs.
If the government would allow people to build a small
1000 square foot or smaller home there wouldn’t be so many
homeless people. The problem zoning laws.
