Type Ashton on YouTube 7/25
Why Americans build cheap, flimsy houses?

Type Ashton goes into a deep dive on why Americans build shitty houses. Wood homes are easily destroyed verses Cement or block-built houses. She bases her cost analysis on 2,000 sq ft homes. Then goes deep into the cost of the construction differences. She easily shows that here in America a wood construction house is cheaper but, not better.
There is also a reference to insurance cost between the two. She shows that there isn’t a big insurance cost difference. Clearly, she is right in a general sense of her argument.
The only problem for me with her assessment is the size of the homes. Smart people would consider building a much smaller home using better construction materials. That would reduce all cost as compared to a large McMansion. But, for the average American home today, she’s right on.

Shrinkflation Has Gone TOO FAR! Companies Are Secretly Ripping You Off!

Lindey’s shrinkflation video on YouTube is great. Must see how we are getting ripped off.
There’s lots of inflation, but she has a good hand of shrinkflation. Some of the

people in the video have a shocking small amount of product.
Looks like we are now paying mostly for the packaging!

HOW BAMBOO IS HARVESTED AND PROCESSED

This is a video about how bamboo is processed and what it can do for people.
Bamboo grows to a large plant in about 3 years. It can be used for almost anything
we need. The bamboo in this video is used for everything from making paper,
wood products and homes! Give this a look. We should be using bamboo instead
of the trees we harvest here in America. It grows fast and after you cut it, it grows
back!
